Wouldn't Moon Jae-in's administration have been better than the current one?

I don't know what the current Democratic Party government is doing.
Thanks to the Yellow Envelope Law and their botched real estate policies,
the supply of monthly/jeonse rentals is drying up and Seoul apartment prices are actually skyrocketing.
And now it's the Dawn Delivery Law? They are making strange laws
that cause backlash from Coupang drivers.
I don't understand why they aren't focusing on people's livelihoods and instead keep making
strange laws that cause confusion among the citizens.
Furthermore, they are making populist promises by handing out livelihood support funds,
and while they are crazily increasing the government budget, isn't all of this just national debt
that will eventually fall back on the citizens as a tax burden?
Compared to the current government, wouldn't Moon Jae-in have been a wise ruler?
