Wow~ The President is so bold

Injustice, you say...
If there are citizens who have suffered market distortions due to previous policies
or have had to bear excessive burdens,
the first thing to do is not to offer forced rebuttals,
but to honestly acknowledge the confusion and express regret.
Without pointing out the limitations of previous decisions,
simply saying, "The situation has changed, so it's natural to change our stance—so what?~~"
If that's all they do, it's not pragmatism, it's "irresponsible rationalization."
Countering critics with aggressive rhetoric
might be a defense to avoid losing the immediate argument,
but it causes a loss of trust in the overall administration.
Is it really that hard to give a sincere apology like,
"We will supplement what was wrong and withdraw the unreasonable parts"?
What is being done now isn't being bold;
it's being shameless.
And they'll likely keep acting like this throughout their entire term....
