Is Korea Securities Depository (KSD) a good workplace?

‌A close junior from high school
graduated from Sogang University (Liberal Arts)
and prepared for the CPA exam for a few years, but it didn't work out.
After giving up on the exam, they switched to job hunting
and is now working here.
Since I am a STEM major,
I don't know much about jobs in the liberal arts field,
but would you say this is a good company to have landed in?
