Have you ever heard of cancer enzymes?

My father has been diagnosed with Stage 3 prostate cancer.
His surgery is scheduled for around the 22nd of this month,
but my maternal uncle contacted me saying that a friend of his had pancreatic cancer and had a surgery date set,
but after taking an enzyme developed at KAIST, the cancer cells completely disappeared,
and the doctor was reportedly astonished.
They say taking the enzyme for about 4 months is effective, and they suggested we try giving him at least a one-month supply before the surgery.
My uncle's friend lives in Gangwon-do, and he gave me his phone number, saying that if I call and ask to meet, he will come all the way to Seoul.
Have any of you ever heard of this "KAIST enzyme"?
Logically, I just can't wrap my head around it, but my father is over 80 years old, so I am very worried about the surgery...
I am posting this to see if anyone has actually recovered after taking this enzyme.
It's hard to believe since nothing comes up on Naver and there are no related posts.
On one hand, I want to believe it because my uncle says it's something his friend personally experienced,
but on the other hand, when I think about it again, it's hard to trust...
I'm posting this out of sheer frustration.
