Sashimi is all about the spicy dipping sauce

‌Once I suddenly realized that one day,
I stopped buying sashimi.
To be honest, it doesn't taste good.
It's just the taste of the soy sauce and the spicy dipping sauce (chojang).
Personally, even the chojang sauce itself tastes worse than ssamjang.
Come to think of it, I feel like I've been gaslighted into thinking things like flatfish and sea bream were delicious.
Grilled mackerel tastes better than sashimi.
