Seo Kang-joon seems taller than I thought

There are a lot of clips going around about Seo Kang-joon's height, but I think the height claims are fake.
I also thought the 183cm claim was a total lie,
just like the clips about Jung Woong-in being 180cm,
and even with candid photos being posted.
But
watching Jung Jae-hyung's YouTube today, it seems like he really is 182-183cm.
It looks like because his frame is so thin, his proportions don't look great even though his face is small, and he gets unfairly criticized due to photo angles.
But watching him talk, he seems to work out a ton, and as his frame gets bigger, his proportions improve.
Even watching the video, it looks like he's at least in the low 180s.
You can't get that kind of vibe if you aren't at least 180cm; he must have worked out really hard.
