I never knew tinnitus could be this painful...

It started about 3 to 4 months ago, and this high-pitched ringing sound is driving me
absolutely crazy... I've tried hospital prescriptions and all the famous supplements
on the internet, but nothing works... It's especially maddening right before I fall asleep..
If anyone else is suffering from this, please share if you have any good advice..
