A short-term bottom will only form once retail panic selling and institutional stop-losses occur

Today was another market where institutions and retail investors picked up volume at low levels, but it is not yet a true bottom driven by genuine fear. When a bottom forms, there is always a very long wick, followed by an inevitable rebound. I am not sure if that will happen tomorrow or on Monday. While a technical rebound seems possible tomorrow, I judge that this is not the bottom in terms of the medium to long term.
