Nayeon signed a contract to purchase land and a building located in Cheongdam-dong for 9.5 billion won on May 3rd. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on the 24th of this month.
The building purchased by Nayeon consists of one basement level and two floors above ground. It was expanded in 2010 and has a total floor area of 218.87㎡ (approximately 66 pyeong). The entire building is registered as a neighborhood living facility.
Nayeon previously purchased a luxury residential property in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. It is reported that she purchased a house with an exclusive area of 128.15㎡ for approximately 3.9 billion won in 2024.
