How much objective power and combat capability does the German military actually have?

According to Global Firepower, Germany is ranked 12th for 2026.
South Korea is 5th, France is 6th, Japan is 7th, France is 8th, Turkey is 9th, and Italy and Brazil are 10th and 11th, with Germany following at 12th.
Germany is a central NATO nation responsible for security, yet its military power seems weaker than the UK, France, and Germany, and even weaker than Italy.
They also lack much combat experience.
As the title suggests, what is the actual level of Germany's objective power and combat capability?
