30 FPS for GTA 6 is going to be too rough ㄷㄷㄷㄷ

Even watching Netflix videos, you can see the frames stuttering...
There will have to be a 60 FPS option if you lower the graphics, right???
Honestly, 30 FPS is not at a playable level...
