Questions about internet installation

I am planning to buy a computer and need to get internet installed, but which provider is good?
I am currently using the cheapest option, HelloVision, for my home TV; would it be okay to use them for internet as well?
I remember seeing people talk about KT or SK in the past, but does that even matter anymore?
