It's my first time going to Nha Trang. Where should I go and what should I do first?

‌It's my first time visiting Vietnam in October.
I was debating between Da Nang and Nha Trang,
but I decided on Nha Trang.
However, I have no idea where to go or what to do first...
It will be a free independent trip with my family..
