I stopped by a large local supermarket near closing time, and saw a staff member having a free-flowing English conversation with a foreign customer.

‌It was quite refreshing.
On one hand, it felt like a waste of talent, and on the other, it made me wonder if I should start learning English again...
For a moment, I felt like I wanted to sit down in a cafe with that lady and have all sorts of conversations.
I had a feeling she would have so many interesting stories to tell..
