Will Korea ever experience a period like Japan's bubble economy era?

‌Not just having Samsung Electronics and Hynix performing exceptionally well like they are now,
but a time when almost all stocks and real estate in every city rise all at once to a level that surpasses even Samsung and Hynix today.
I heard that back in those days in Japan, it wasn't just that those predicting a stock or real estate crash were cursed out much worse than here,
but that there were practically no people who openly spread such pessimistic views at all.
