The company is demanding things that are realistically impossible and asking why we can't do them

It's so frustrating because the owner is like this.
They seem to think the world works like GPT, where you just input something and get an answer.
They are trying to catch four rabbits at once without being prepared, while the employees are being ground down.
Naturally, the compensation falls far short of what is expected.
In other words, they want to hire people cheaply and work them to the bone,
but they also want us to work efficiently and want results that are more than five times the cost invested.
It's enough to drive me crazy.
