I did a one-day part-time delivery job today, and there's only one elevator.

I won't say which neighborhood it is. It's a second-generation apartment complex, but
a single elevator covers everything from the 2nd basement level up to the 30th floor...
I thought about extending my hours, but since it was rush hour, I felt self-conscious about the residents, so I told the boss I wouldn't extend.
They really didn't think about human beings when they built this apartment...
At least while going around the apartment, there is a button to keep the doors from closing when you press it.
I wonder what they'll do if the elevator breaks down..
