House B/L 和 Master B/L 有什么区别？

A master bill of lading is issued by the actual ocean carrier to the forwarder or NVOCC. A house bill is issued by that forwarder to the actual shipper. House bills give the holder rights only against the forwarder, which matters if the forwarder fails.
