什么是特赦收据（Special Receipt），以及何时会被受理？

A courier receipt evidences that a courier collected goods or documents for delivery. It is acceptable where the credit calls for one, and must show the courier's name, a date of pick-up or receipt, and be signed or stamped by the courier.
