Wow, Daegu is being neglected to an extreme degree

The biggest beneficiary is Gwangju, Jeonnam,
and even within the same Gyeongsang province, Busan gets so much—the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, shipping companies, Pusan National University, public institutions, etc.—but Daegu has absolutely nothing.
Even for the semiconductor cluster, Gyeongbuk is the optimal location among the provinces, but that's also fallen through.
It's almost certain that Daegu will receive almost no relocation of public institutions; it has truly been abandoned.
