I have 1st generation indemnity insurance; should I switch to the 5th generation?

I'm a manual therapy enthusiast, but other than going to the orthopedic clinic for massages,
I have never actually filed a claim.
Since manual therapy won't be covered anymore anyway, I won't have much reason to use my indemnity insurance,
so should I just switch to the 5th generation which provides better coverage for severe illnesses?
Unless I'm getting a massage,
I hardly ever go to the hospital.
