Is Faker the #1 option for T1? lol

Has Faker actually been the #1 option at any point in the last 5 years? lol
Whenever a mid-carry meta comes around, like the double mid meta, Faker is the one who performs poorly.
People who don't know LoL think that if T1 wins, it's because Faker carried.
And if T1 loses, they take turns bashing Zeus, Ogu-ke, Do-ogu-ke, or Do-pe-ke.
But the reality is, when Zeus is playing, Zeus is the #1 option, and once he's gone, the bot lane becomes the #1 option lol
