However, in cases where the Departure Date of the air transport status and the UNIPASS shipment date are the same, but only the AWB flight date is different, I have the following questions: Is it necessary to re-issue a corrected AWB? Will there be any issues regarding sales reporting? And should sales be reported based on the AWB date in all such cases?

The Air Waybill is issued by the shipper (or agent) rather than the airline and serves as a waybill without document of title functions; since it is difficult to amend once submitted to the airline, most cases do not involve reissuance, and the original AWB is used as is. Furthermore, since not all cargo may be shipped at once and may be loaded sequentially, the definition of the exact departure date differs from that of a Bill of Lading. In practical terms, if you request a reissuance of the waybill used for customs clearance to match the departure date, you can receive a corrected waybill from the forwarding agent. The departure date on the Air Waybill may not be the same as the sales reporting date, and the actual departure date—the date of departure recorded in UNIPASS—should be used as the standard.
