I believe universities of education should merge with general universities.

Looking at the enrollment quotas for universities of education, it's almost at a high school level. However, because there are so many subjects, they have more professors than the undergraduate departments of flagship national universities. The number of teachers produced each year is small and will decrease even further in the future, so I believe merging them is desirable. Even military academies undergo integration; there is no need for a university of education to exist in every single region.
