I don't trade individual stocks, only ETFs

I suppose this is also a type of stock, but
anyway, I think I understand why you need more seed money to make more profit when trading stocks.
Both the S&P and Nasdaq are in a downtrend right now.
If I had more money, I could buy more at lower prices, but after setting aside a few million won for travel funds and emergency savings,
I've already bought bonds and ETFs, so I can't make any additional purchases.
I really should be buying more right now...
