I found PC cafes where people still smoke

I went to a PC cafe in a different neighborhood for some business, and I saw a section that was partitioned off and labeled "Adults Only." I went to see what it was, and there were older men smoking while using the computers. It seems like for local businesses, banning smoking among the older crowd would directly hit their sales. I can't believe there are still places where people openly smoke while gaming.
