I think onion is the one essential ingredient for soybean paste stew

Aside from the basic ingredients like water, soybean paste, green onions, and garlic,
I believe onions are the key. Please respect my preference, haha.
If I had to add one more thing, I'd choose Cheongyang chili peppers instead of tofu or zucchini.
