What should I buy with my DC account?

I have applied to convert my DB-type retirement pension, so a large sum of money will be deposited into my DC account soon, and I am currently contemplating my options.
I am thinking of going all-in on TDF 2045 for safe assets and all-in on the S&P 500 for risky assets, but I am worried about potential foreign exchange losses, so I am debating whether I should purchase currency-hedged versions.
