Am I the only one uncomfortable with the "Baek Hu-jang" jokes in the comedy drama "Office Workers"?

The comedy drama "Office Workers" seems to be a hit since it's going into Season 3.
I don't know if I'm just someone who gets offended easily, but
the female junior employees mock their male manager by calling him "Baek Hu-jang" (Baek the Asshole/Baek the Rear)
On the other hand, if there were a condescending female manager,
would it have been acceptable for male junior employees to mock her the same way?
Am I the only one who finds this uncomfortable?
Would this kind of mockery have been possible if the genders were reversed?
