Why can't people born in '78 avoid presbyopia, gray hair, and decreased stamina, no matter how youthful they look?

I know a man born in '78 who looks incredibly young, like Eun Ji-won, but even though he knows he looks much younger than his age, he's been saying lately that he can definitely feel the physical signs of aging.
