In September 2025, the behavior of a woman on Subway Line 2 sparked controversy.
The woman reportedly walked around the train cars, repeatedly blowing large bubbles with gum and popping them close to the faces of seated passengers.
Passengers appeared flustered by her sudden actions, and as the footage was released on online communities, reactions such as "Why would she act like that?" and "It could be quite unpleasant from the other person's perspective" followed.
