It seems the exchange rate has hit rock bottom

The low point seems to be in the early 1300s.
With strong exports, share buybacks, and ADR listings,
corporate KRW conversions have peaked and are now declining,
but with investments in the US starting and fiscal spending increasing every year,
the last time we see the 1300 range will likely be through the first half of next year.
