If a roll of kimbap + ramen costs 4,000 won, is it okay to eat and then wipe the table?

There's been a controversy regarding restaurant culture on the community board lately.
If the value for money is great—say, a roll of kimbap + ramen is 4,000 won—and
the owner asks you to please wipe the table clean after you eat,
would you wipe it? Or would you just never come back?
