General Chun In-bum and Minister Kang Shin-chul have different views on wartime operational control

General Chun In-bum: To be blunt, South Korea's military power is not ranked 5th in the world. There are many officers who cannot read maps and soldiers who are unskilled even in basic first aid. If a war breaks out like this without the US military, we will lose every single battle.
Minister of Defense Kang Shin-chul: Even without the US military, we can defend ourselves without any problems against any country that invades.
