Feasibility of shipping ABS resin as non-hazardous goods and hazardous chemical labeling

I am planning to transport plastic ABS resin. I have received the MSDS; would it be acceptable to proceed with the shipment as non-hazardous goods? Additionally, according to the HAZARD IDENTIFICATION in the MSDS, it is classified as a Grade 2 hazardous chemical. Please confirm if I can proceed with the shipment by applying only that specific label.
