If I've saved about 200 million won, would it be okay to move to Seoul for work?

I am currently working in the countryside and making a decent salary,
but the infrastructure is poor, and I feel like I'm wasting my life from my early to mid-30s.
The only women here are middle/high schoolers or married women, so it is incredibly difficult to find a partner.
Even if I don't make a lot of money in Seoul, do you think it's worth moving there if I have about 200 million won saved?
