Ales are actually delicious

When I didn't know much about flavors, the first Pale Ale I tried was so strange that I avoided them entirely afterward.
However, I bought 5 different kinds on a cross-promotion at the mart, and they are all delicious.
Compared to lagers, they have more body, a natural sweetness, and great fruity aromas; it also feels like the flavor profiles are easier to distinguish between brands.
I used to think Weihenstephan was the ultimate beer, but I think I'll be drinking only ales for the time being.
As for lagers, I probably won't be drinking them at home much anymore, except for Shokusaai and Ebisu.
