I'm watching Park We's original video... Do you think he developed a victim mentality after his disability occurred?

I felt like he was being criticized far too much, so I watched the original video.
It was so solemn that I'm incredibly relieved the video was taken down quickly.
To put it simply, all the expressions, descriptions, and explanations are "excessive."
No matter how much I watch the video, the height isn't as great as he claims,
he didn't even tumble; he just fell forward,
and there isn't even a scene that would make people around him react with shock.
It just looks like an adult tripped over their own feet while walking.
Of course, I do feel bad because it seems like he's gone beyond being criticized and has become a target of ridicule,
but I wonder if he has become that sensitive because he's afraid something else might happen after his disability,
or if he was always that kind of sensitive person...
