Foreigners are buying a lot of futures during the afternoon session haha

It is still a net sell position for futures today, but they have been buying quite a lot again since the afternoon session. On the other hand, they have been dumping spot shares heavily all day long. It seems like the foreigners aren't confident in betting on today's CPI, so they are moving in a direction of selling spot and buying a bit of futures? haha
