(Spoiler) A scene from "Possible Love" that lingers in my mind

The foreign workers who were treated like mere background scenery at Jeon Do-yeon's workplace.
The foreign workers who passed through the meeting room where Jeon Do-yeon, who had protected her husband while he was suffering through labor struggles, was establishing a union, without saying a single word.
Even though they were colleagues, Jeon Do-yeon didn't even glance at the foreign workers and didn't care about them, and the movie itself showed no interest in them either.
After finishing the movie, it lingered in my mind in a strange way, and I feel like the director intended this as well.
