Inquiry regarding profit structure when a Master Forwarder uses a partner's S/C

Hello. We are an overseas master forwarder planning to handle export operations bound for Korea. We were planning to proceed using our own Service Contract, but a partner forwarder with overseas branches is suggesting using their Serv… I am curious about the profit structure when a master forwarder uses a partner's S/C.
