Base interest rates, global market conditions, self-employment closure rates, old houses, mortgage interest,
subscription savings accounts, bubble theories, Trump, North Korea, Russia, Iran, war,
the previous generation had it easy, Park Geun-hye, Moon Jae-in, Yoon Suk-yeol, special mortgage loans for newlyweds,
elderly residents in Gangnam, Lee Jae-myung said he would stabilize housing prices...
I feel like I've been hearing this from just one person in my close circle of friends
for the past ten years..
When we get together, we don't even bother talking about housing, but that one friend keeps bringing it up, hoping we'll agree with them... except for that friend, everyone else is a homeowner..
