Advocates for the Abolition of Comprehensive Real Estate Holding Tax

It was pointed out that the Comprehensive Real Estate Holding Tax has lost its original purpose (suppressing real estate speculation and making holding taxes effective),
and as it has become a subject of political disputes and "tax bomb" controversies,
public fatigue has reached an extreme level.
A proposal for a complete restructuring (abolition followed by integration) was also made,
arguing that rather than simple tax cuts or temporary easing, a full-scale tax reform is necessary to effectively abolish the tax
and unify/simplify the holding tax system by integrating it with the local property tax.
