Korean women really do have the best skin in the world

Korean women have bright skin tones and smooth textures.
When looking at Caucasian women, their skin texture tends to be rough.
Hispanic and Middle Eastern women are also somewhat rough, though not as much as Caucasians.
I believe Northeast Asians have the best skin in the world,
and among them, Korea is the best.
