I see a lot of Switch 2 games coming out, please give me some recommendations

‌I bought a Switch 2 and have been playing nothing but Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom for 8 months now.
I've played BotW 3 times and TotK 2 times.
After playing BotW twice and TotK once, I bought Dragon Quest XI S, but while it was fun from the beginning to the middle, I lost interest toward the end. Since I realized I'd have to grind, I decided to stop since I'd already had a taste of it.
Then I played BotW one more time, followed by TotK.
Looking lately, I see games like Lies of P, Elden Ring, and Call of Duty coming out on Switch 2—games I've only heard about or seen on YouTube but have never actually played.
I'm wondering if someone who has only played Zelda can handle these types of games.
The one I want to play most is Elden Ring (they say a real man plays Soulslikes).
- I did buy the Switch version of Dark Souls 1, but it was so unfriendly and made me dizzy that I couldn't even get past the tutorial and ended up dropping it.
