It really makes me realize once again just how massive a risk North Korea is..
As long as North Korea exists,
it seems unlikely that housing prices in northern Gyeonggi will ever see proper growth like they do in Seoul or southern Gyeonggi.
Buying a house in this area feels like a total suicide mission.
