Yi Seong-gye was 190cm tall

I heard that back in those days, the average height for men is estimated to be around 160cm or even less.
Even looking at North Korean men today, many are around 160cm. It seems it's true that people then and now fail to grow due to malnutrition.
If Yi Seong-gye was 190cm, and he would have been walking around armed as a military official...
