Seriously, if it was going to be like this, why did they abolish the functional prosecution service?

So after everything is exposed, it's prosecution corruption? LOL. Are we supposed to believe that police corruption will be handled by the police themselves? LOL. This is ridiculous.
Was this even a law that the entire nation agreed upon in the first place? I don't understand why we are handing over full investigative authority to the police.
