Is a 15cm Subway sandwich a bit too small for a meal?

If it's just vegetable toppings, there's nothing to say,
but even if I eat something expensive like the hanger steak,
the 15cm feels way too empty lol
Maybe it's something you'd eat
when you've just had a huge meal and feel too full
But if I eat it while dieting,
I feel like it'll just make me hungrier. Hmm
