Hey guys, I'm the person who posted about noise between floors before. I bought a house.

I posted about my worries regarding noise between floors back in September 2019... Time really flies..
I think I posted it about two years ago... At that time, I was living in a rental apartment.
I could have bought a place by taking out a loan... but I disliked installments and being in debt..
Since I didn't view a house as an investment tool, I was living quite contentedly.
I am also grateful to my two college-aged daughters, who grew up well without feeling discouraged about living in a rental apartment.
Two years after I started glaring at the top-floor units because of the noise between floors..
I bought a top-floor unit. It's not a duplex or anything like that, just the top floor... haha
It's a relatively new building, about 4 years old... and my wife and I purchased it under joint names without any bank equity.
Ah... it's not in the Seoul metropolitan area, but in the provinces... hahaha
I wanted to put it in my wife's name to thank her for all her hard work... but she refused...
Everything was going well at our previous rental apartment and my family was all healthy, so I had no intention of moving...
Now, I hope only good things happen in our new apartment as well.
